This Premium Consultation has been designed to identify the areas you are struggling with and involves an in depth consultation lasting 2.5 hours (offered either online or in person (subject to area)) , followed by a fully customized and tailored action plan to change behaviour together with three months of on-going support. Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you have to cancel a session with less than 24hr notice then that session will still count as being used. Please contact me as soon as you can so if appropriate we can reschedule.
